Five Work sites of Joseph Kabila,

Henceforth adopted by the whole nation: a possibility of take-off at the reach of all. Making Democratic Republic of Congo a ground of investments where the weather is nice  doesn’t mean the Utopia when one considers the assets which this sub-continent of Africa presents, in particular the natural resources and human with its range, remained during many decades badly exploited. However, that requires on behalf of the leaders a vision as well ambitious as realistic, supported by an irreversible determination and animated by the incommensurable love of the fatherland..

With judging some by the acts, this vision of rebuilding of the country, the Head of the State, such as he expressed it through the Five priority work sites which are Infrastructures, Employment, Water and Electricity as well as Health and Education.

Under the impulse of Five Work sites of the Head of the State, the Democratic Republic of Congo is leaving the cycle of fatality towards that of the hope. With leaving the free elections, democratic and transparent to which it led the Congolese people and which it gained high the hand, the President of the Republic Joseph, Kabila KABANGE wishes to make real his will of nationalist and progressist  by the concretization of his society project summarized in the formula of “Five Work sites”. That this right now is well understood: the Five Work sites will not be completely achieved in the five years coming. The stakes will certainly be posed, and the actions will be started, but as it is about a process, this one will be located in the duration.

Thus, beyond of a simple governmental program, the Five Work sites incarnate in fact the philosophy of change, by the people and for the people,  generations in generations, and the opening of a new page of the history which opens favorable occasion to everyone.

Because, it is not by chance that the term “Work site” was used to express the vision of the Head of the State: indeed, a Work site evokes creativity, work and ambition. A challenge which starts to take form as reassure the investors of the firm will of the new political leadership incarnated by President Joseph Kabila KABANGE and of the Government of National union to give again to the Democratic Republic of Congo its place in the concert of great nations
