Infrastructures
Infrastructures constitute a fundamental need for life as well social as economic. They affect the social and economic environment of a human region.
On the social plan, the adequate infrastructures improve the living conditions of the population, which can easily be moved on and make circulate its goods, to live in a cleansed environment, to inform themselves and communicate with its similar, to quote only these advantages. The infrastructures constitute job creation opportunities and represent consequently an effective strategy of fight against poverty.
The improvement of the living conditions of Congolese always have been the ultimate concern of the Head of the State and even the foundation of his political commitment, one consequently understands the privileged place that occupy the infrastructures in its five priority Work sites.

On the economic plan, the role of the infrastructures is quite as fundamental as obvious. Indeed, the infrastructures affect the economic channel, from the production to the consumption of the goods and services, by supporting the provisioning and the distribution to the consumers. The deficit in infrastructures will thus have a negative impact on the productive activities, involving by there various perverse effects on the Community life. In addition, the fight against poverty and the improvement of the living conditions of the population require intense investments called to convert into real richnesses the multiple potentialities which the country abounds. But the installation of the aforesaid investments requires the existence of the adequate infrastructures, which constitute an imporfactor of investment’s climate.
Generally, the current situation of the infrastructures in Democratic republic of Congo needs many investments. The infrastructures are, indeed, insufficient and inadequate. The majority of those which exist is in state of very advanced degradation.
