LOBO KWETE:

Today with the arrival of new equipment and the experience we have, we can speak of a renovated office and we have all assets to build beautiful roads. For this purpose, we thank President Joseph Kabila for providing these new materials to Office of Roads intended for road construction in the country.

The Office of roads has an extensive program across the country, indeed after completing the great work of Matadi Road with the World Bank’s support. This work continues with Afritech Company which is working in SONA BATA. Still with the World Bank’s support we completed other sites on Bandundu Road, from Kenge to Kikwit and from Kikwit to BAtiamba.

LK:
Today the Office of Roads, in partnership with the World Bank is working in the province of Equateur on the road Libenge-Zongo, Libenge-Boyabo, Gemena-Akula.

In Oriental Kasaï, we have just completed work between Mbuji Mayi and Kananga, and we are currently working to fight erosion in Mbuji Mayi, and we have inaugurated with the Chinese, asphalting work of the road Lubumbashi-Kasenga.

Under the partnership with the Chinese, we have started asphalting the road Beni-Komanda. This is an important road in regard to services to the city of Kinshasa.
