Interview
Speaking with the people of Kasaï, Raymond TSHIBANDA encourages them to own the five work sites, initiated by Joseph KABILA.

"Five work sites belong to you, show what you are able to do like other provinces ", said Raymond Tshibanda. This is a part of energy mobilization and awareness for the forthcoming local elections. In all public meetings, Raymond TSHIBANDA preaches everywhere the five work sites’ philosophy, which for many is under implementation, despite the reluctance of some skeptics. Interview…
Q: What is the meaning of your visit to Kasai?
Raymond Tshibanda : My mission in the two Kasai on the recommendation of the President is first to keep contact with the people of the two provinces, as the head of State had said it during his visit to the end of June 2008 in Occidental Kasai. The aim is to impregnate problems they face in order to bring the most appropriate solutions. Today, the rebuilding is only one issue which must mobilize people of Kasaï. Remember that last June on the occasion of the commemoration of the forty-eighth anniversary of our country’s independence, the Head of State visited Kananga where he, among others, launched work concerning the implementation of the construction project of the Katende Dam, the tapping of power from Tshimbulu and road rehabilitation in the city of Kananga. As part of monitoring the work that President Kabila sent to the Western Kasai to verify their progress. It is therefore a strong signal from the Head of State that shows how he is attentive to the concerns of people of Kasaï and concerned for the smooth running of all projects he has initiated so far. Initiated by the Head of State, Joseph Kabila, the five work sites of the Republic is a concrete project which has to be carried out. It is an opportunity for the DRC and its people who aspire to progress and happiness.
Q: What did you said to people of Kasaï?
Raymond Tshibanda: I invite the people to trust Joseph Kabila. I think they have realized that the President is perhaps not so focused of speaking, but this is a man who is focused on action.
The people of Kasai saw actions that the Head of State is being carried out in this province. I would therefore ask them to trust Joseph Kabila and especially to support his action. It is with their assistance that the Kasai will be rebuilt. The Head of State has had the right vision. He is mobilizing the necessary resources to implement this vision represented into five work sites.
I invite everyone to mobilize and get involved within five work sites of the Republic so that together we can meet the challenge of rebuilding the province and resolve problems we face.
