Housing: Laying of the first stone for houses construction by RIMMOKIN.

The Rimmokin will soon build many residences in Kinshasa, to meet the shortage of social housing. The laying of the first stone took place on Saturday October 11, 2008 by Kinshasa governor in the presence of several personalities including South African experts in housing.

Thanks to funding amounted to 50 million U.S. dollars, the RIMMOKIN intends to build in the short run, high or medium modern buildings, as appropriate, "said the head of the company, Roger Bimwala.

Besides the villas to be built in Kinkole by the South African Company, 200 houses will be built at Bandal, 6,000 houses in Ndjili and a multi-level building in the town center.

These works are part of the five work sites of the Republic,  regarding the capital’s planning program.
